I'm GK. I didn't start writing here because I had answers — I started because I kept running into the same questions, in different rooms, wearing different job titles.
Most of what I write comes from ordinary places: a hard conversation, an old book I finally understood, a mistake I made twice before it taught me anything. I'm less interested in advice that sounds impressive and more interested in advice that survives a bad Tuesday.
If something here helps you think a little more clearly, or be a little steadier with the people around you, that's the whole point. There's no funnel at the end of this. Just more writing, whenever it's ready.
